Oil & Gas Casing

High-grade API certified casings for exploration and production. Manufactured from seamless or welded steel to specifications like API 5CT, ensuring integrity under extreme pressure and corrosive conditions. Sizes range from 4.5" to 20" OD.

Precision Machining & Threading

State-of-the-art CNC lathes and threading machines ensure perfect connections for oil field casings. We provide API round thread, buttress thread, and premium connections with stringent quality checks on thread profile, lead, and taper.

Surface Treatment & Coating

Internal and external coatings for corrosion protection. Services include internal epoxy lining, external fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) coating, 3LPE coating, galvanizing, and painting as per project specifications.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

Comprehensive in-house NDT ensures product integrity. We employ Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) conducted by certified personnel.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management

End-to-end logistics support from our plant to your site. We handle packaging, inland transportation, port documentation, and shipping for both domestic and international consignments.

Business Operations & Scope

Authorized Business Activities (As per Ministry of Corporate Affairs)

Core activity includes the manufacture of steel pipes, tubes, hollow profiles, casings, and fittings of various specifications. This encompasses hot-finished and cold-formed seamless pipes, electric resistance welded (ERW) pipes, and longitudinally/submerged arc welded (LSAW/SAW) pipes.

Wholesale trading, import, export, and distribution of metals, minerals, industrial machinery, and infrastructure-related raw materials such as steel plates, coils, billets, and cement.

Providing materials and technical services for infrastructure projects including water supply schemes, oil & gas pipelines, power plants, urban development, and transportation networks.
